Shipping policy

All nationwide shipments will be charged PKR 199. On return and exchange your product, the customer should inform in writing to our email address or official WhatsApp within 7 days of product receiving and mentioning the order number on the parcel.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Kindly note Nishat Home will bear all the shipping cost if Nishat Home provided damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders otherwise customer will have to bear the shipment cost on return and exchange.
